Hertz Labs ("we", "our", "us") is a binaural beats and audio frequency generation app. We are committed to being transparent about the data we collect. This policy describes what data is collected, why, and how it is handled.
Hertz Labs does not require you to create a username or password account. Most use is tied to an anonymous RevenueCat subscriber identifier on your device.
The following table describes all categories of data that leave your device when you use Hertz Labs.

RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Google Gemini API — powers the AI Guide feature. Text prompts you enter are processed by Google.

Supabase — hosts backend functions for feedback delivery, promo reward claims, referral tracking, and app update policy.

If you apply to the Affiliate & Creator Program via the in-app Feedback form, we collect your email address (required), your application message, and attached device metadata. This information is used to evaluate your application and, if you are approved, to manage the partnership. Additional tax or payout information may be collected off-app by email. Hertz Labs is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Anonymous identifiers held by RevenueCat are subject to their retention policy. AI prompts sent to Google are subject to Google's data handling policies. Feedback and affiliate application emails are retained as long as needed to respond and manage support or partnerships, then deleted or archived per our internal policy.
Because most data is anonymous, there is often no profile linked to your real-world identity. If you provided an email address in Feedback or an affiliate application and wish to access or delete that correspondence, contact support@enginelabs.com.au or hello@enginelabs.com.au. For data held by RevenueCat or Google, refer to their privacy policies above.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
